IAS Machine Design provides consulting services for small businesses. We can provide mechanical engineering expertise. Sometimes companies take a repair/upgrade job, and need the solution to be designed and stamped. 

Special rates are available for small companies, especially fabrication shops. 

Here are some of the ways we can help with your projects:

-Create a design & stamp drawings for your proposed solutions 

-Sign off on repairs, upgrades, and retrofits of industrial equipment

-Verify mechanical components for load: ie. lifting points, hydraulic cylinder mounts, frames, etc.

-Verify & approve pressure containing designs for ABSA

Areas of Expertise:

-General machinery (gearboxes, spindles, hydraulics cylinders, etc). 

-Oilfield & mining equipment (structural repairs on service rigs, catwalks, etc.)

-Trailer repair

-Skids, piping, equipment packaging, and designs for equipment transportation
